Dungeon Lords: Full speech in Germany

Dungeon Lords is scheduled for a release in late april, and German publisher dtp ist doing their best to keep their name as the great German publisher with the best voice actors. Unlike the english version, where only a few lines are spoken, dtp has just finished the German voice recordings, where every single of the approx. 70.000 words has been recorded! Of course, as they did for their award winning adventure games, dtp has once again picked the creme de la creme of professional voice actors, for exmaple the German voices of Angelina Jolie, Charlton Heston, Burt Reynolds, Kirk Douglas and Charles Bronson.

Thats all well and good for the Germans, but why didnt the English version get voice acting too. Makes me not want want to buy the English version because we are getting a inferior version.

German publishers have great trouble with gamer's importing the English versions from UK or even downloading them. So their only chance is to make the localized version even better than the original. If they manage to do that, they have have great chances of success, because German cracking groups usually don't crack German versions...

sorry, this is B.S. You get cracks for all german versions. But this is good news, localized versions are often castrated, and so is the package. Not in this case, if there's also a manual, i'm happy at all.
