Stat Caps, not Skill Caps

I've read through most of the posts and I'm still left wondering about caps. There is plenty of info to suggest that Skills, (melee, ranged, etc) are capped at 150, but what about the stats? (str, dex, int) are these capped as well? If so how? Is it a max for each, or a total for the sum of all three?...

Just for the sake of staying active, I'll say that I have no clue if those are capped. Right now the highest I have mine is the Strength at 18 for my dwarf guy who paid off the goblins.

My guess would be they are capped, because to raise them you need experience, and you stop getting experience at the level caps I believe. Just a guess though! You could certainly put things past a cap (just like with skills) with items, but at least with skills there is no benefit.

I think that applying the +drdeath switch would give you the answer.
