After reading a lot on the various boards about it, I played Dues Ex. I liked it a lot.

I played a sneaky 'no kill' guy... well... until you had to start killing people (grr... large clumps of guards too hard to pick off. Evade or demolish. ). Barely set an alarm off the entire game. Definately the more difficult style.

Also played a power forward berserker guy. No problems. A lot less reloads. Max out power recyc as soon as you get it, ballistic armor, and especially agressive-defensive missile protection and... you're done. Let the good times roll.

Sys Shock 1 was very good, agreed, but if you mean 'true 3D' as in several degrees of freedom like moving/looking up/down as well, Shadowcaster was an earlier game doing just that... with only a W3D angine. But Raven were always known for tweaking existing engines to the max.

By full 3D I mean quake1 like engine. In this meaning SS1 has such engine except enemies, that are done with sprites.
Has shadowrunner got such engine ?
