It is improved by using and making enchantments on items. I think I have also answered the first of your questions. _________________ Make good choices. |

Can I improve my Enchant skill by myself or is it required that I go to an enchanter to do it? |

You can improve it by using enchanted items (very slowly), or by making your own enchanted items, or, finally, by paying for enchanting lessons. _________________ Make good choices. |

When you say that I can create my own enchanted items you mean that I go to an enchanter, right? |

Timrek,
All of this is in the manual. It's just one page long. Consider reading it.
You can take your item, along with a charged soul gem (don't ask about these--it's in the manual), to an enchanter and pay for the enchantment. Or you can attempt the enchantment yourself. The higher your enchantment skill, the better your chances of success.
