Dwarven mines key from 27 won't work on 28 on the map

Hi there,

I have taken the key, meat etc. from the dead corpse at 27 and when I go to use the key at 28 (double click on the door), It won't open.

please help

Be sure you put the key on the key chain or you will have to equip it to use it. Are you playing Xbox or pc version? If xbox things seem to be working differently and I have the pc version.
