I'm a Fire Mage in Chapter 2 (I haven't gone to the VoM yet), and I made the Fire Arrow rune for Uthar already, and I just learned to create Small Lightning. I have all the necessary materials for it (1 rock crystal and a runestone), but when I try to make it at the rune table, it says I don't have enough resources! I also tried making another Fire Arrow rune (I have all the necessary materials), and the same thing happened. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have, as well as a blank rune, a scroll of the spell you want to make?

Yeah that had me stuck once,
So i re-read the instruction book (on one of the lectern/stands) and you guessed it - - - said a spell scroll of the rune you wish to make, from then on
getting scrolls was easy enough but collecting runes then became priority number one.
