chap 3 sidequests -- spoilers
   

I can't find the second orc bandit, he's supposed to be in coldwood somewhere but I've searched the entire map...is there a specific time of day he well be there? And I've found i cave (the first cave in the moonwood), with a door that says "He's not here, but you suspect he will be back soon".

Any help would be appreciated

No, there's no things in NWN that appear in certain times of the day, one of the orcs can be found in a cave in the wood, a prisoner will guide you to his lair... if you talk with him politely...
