Why do they attack me?

Last night I went to Akil's farm to pick up the package for Beltram. When I returned to the city, the guards stopped me, and said that somebody like me will never be let into town. The only choice I receive is to give them 100 gold.
Why did my reputation change? Has it something to do with the fact that I knocked down Valentino? If so, why didn't they stop me before.

Though choice for tonight if I need to replay again

Difficult, many things might have been the cause of that, but in most cases you would have known it sooner.

1) Did you climb at first over the wall and didn't pass the gate guards on a later time. The guards on the gate to Akil aren't allowed to let anybody in.
2) Did you knock Valentino down with witnesses (npc's) standing around? You might have an open penalty at Lord Andre. That would mean you have the reputation of scumbag etc, the guards will surely let some guy like you leave, but when you want to enter you must first pay the penalty.

The last possibility is probably the most likely one.

If it's the latter, does this mean that I'll be a scumbag forever, and need to pay every time I need to enter the town again? Still, I can't remember that another NPC has seen my noble deed.

You just need to pay the fee and visit Lord Andre in the Barracks. Maybe you'll need to pay him again, but he will then restore your reputation and everything will be fine again.

You have to pay 50 gold to Lord Andre. The easiest way to do this, is to get in around the wall(jump over, or go around near the light house), and then directly to Lord Andre. This way, you avoid the 100 gold to the guards(after you pay the 50 gold to Lord Andre, they'll stop asking for 100 gold, even if you never paid them).

What do you mean by going around the lighthouse? At this moment I can't pass the mercenaries and I can't find a cliff low enough to jump into the sea

That's exactly what he means. Just pay the 100 gold, you can easily miss it, save yourself the trouble of finding a way in without paying.

screw that, get close and turn sideways to them and strafe past the guards(the a key) then go talk to Lord Andre.

Just talk to the farmer back at Lobart's farm and he'll tell you to say that you are a farmer from lob's farm and need to buy stuff from the city.

And: The guards at the east gate (To akil's farm?) let you in if you pay them 100
