Goblin Prison Armory Key problem
   

I know where the button is in the Goblin Warden's room (it in the back of the lower shelf on the backcase by the crap hole). BUt the problem is, it won't activate. I can not get it to push no matter how many times I try. My hand icon won't even acknowledge it. So how am I supposed to open the secret room to get the Armory Key?

Not sure where you are. What level and what room number? Or a character name? There are a few keys and secret rooms and stuff in the prison that you have to solve. If you are looking just for the key you have to play out a few actions in there, talk to all of them, then find the one who has a room behind the kitchen. If that is where you are in the game he should give you some clues. If not, grab the maps and let me know where you are and exactly which quest you are in. Hope this helps.

There's only one armory in the Goblin Prison. It's room 11 on the PDF guide map. You get the key from room 13 where the goblin warden was asleep on his bed before waking him up. Doesn't matter now anyway, I just used the rune air drawing of stairs three times and passed through the wall in the room to get the key. This trick is extremely helpful for locked doors. You can do it right in front of guards in Arx and they don't care at all that you just walked through a door. Weird.

You might want to talk to him and the king as well and the cook. A few other things to do for some xps with those. The warden will go out and leave you to find the key without a battle if you have talked to the king the first time. That spell is great for getting into rooms to do other side quests as well.
