Spoiler...How do I get out of the Temple?

I went into the temple by telling the gate guard that Wat sent me then when I got in I killed the wizard and now I can't find a way out or even a place to rest to keep trying to find a way out. Can anyone help. This is my first run in the Temple so I'm only level 5 and I need to get out of here to rest and sell stuff. PLEASE HELP!

LOL dont I wish I could tell you.

But I wont have a copy til monday.

I did actually read the orignal modules which I believe are the village of homlet the temple of elemental evil and return to the temple of elemental evil.

But I barely remember anything about them.

Elmo has 18 00 strenght though. I remember that.

If you are at the wizard Falrinth you go out the west door (not the secret door to the south) in this screen there is a ladder up and a door to the west. Take the door to the west and that brings you out of the temple. Taking the ladder up will put you in a room with 500 enemies.
