New guilds in Gothic 2 "Night of the Raven"

High every one !!! I'm new here. I' m fan of Gothic just like all
of you and I'm very interested in this "Night of the Raven"
How do you think what guilds will be in continuing of Gothic 2 ? And what guilds would you like to join? As for me, I would like to play as a pirate or as a Black Magician, like Ksardas. But the last variant is surely impossible
.

I think I'm going to play all new guilds. But I think I will start with water mages. Then maybe pirates and then bandits. As far as I'm concerned the offical site on the Gothic II Add-On has no information that their will be a black mage guild.

The add-on is embedded in the Gothic 2 game. It's not an additional level or a stand-alone game. You might call it an expansion.

Yep, but the story will be independence. And that about new stuff is true.

I just read at the offical add-on page that the new guilds will only be side guilds which you can additionally join (like the thief guild). And you can only work for the water mages and not actually join them. Anyway, I'm now waiting for my preordered Gothic II Add-On to arrive.

In the addon u will be trying to find an holy artifact. U will start in xardas' tower at lvl 0 just like in g2 and travel to khorinis. There is a new area added to the game like valley of mines and it is on the island. I think the entrance to that place is kinda hidden and u will first have to talk to ppl and explore khorinis all over again to find that place. There will be some new npcs in the city of khorinis.

What do you mean by "soon"? And when will PB say something about 4
station (old civilization) and others?

Enhlish version of add-on

Does anyone know if the add on that I think has already been released in europe will work with the english language version of the game? Or is there going to be a seperate english langage version released like with gothic 2 itself?
