Gorath ! thank you for the suggetion ,but i'm a total computer moron.I went to Cheats section ,Found instructions.But csnt make nothing at of it.Am i supposed to go in dos or safe mode to do that  I am very confused and embarrassed  Can i have your help one more time? |

Hehe, then you are the perfect victim to find out if the cheat guide works.  
Of course everything is done inside the game.
1.activate Marvin Mode
2.open the console
3.type the console command to display the frame rate and press enter
4.close the console.

Thanks !!!! Gorath! What the heck i've been victimized since the day i bought Gothic  So i may as well try all the cheats  I just printed the all list lol.Thanks again |

thanks again Gorath!! Ionly printed the console cheats for now lol.By the way my frame rate jump from15 to 22.i closed every programs that could possibly use resources .but i still getting errors.Cannot even think about talking to Fisk....Iguess his voice irritate my PC as much as it does me lol.Well i am going to try the other thing you said.i almost went up a level  By the way:Great site |

Maybe you have a defective CD. Try all the other sound providers and reload Gothic to initialize the new settings.

Checked frame rate again yesterday;it goes from 20 to 45,,,,,,,weird!And i dont talk riddles I'm french living in the USA and it's why italk funny Game let me play for 1hr and a half yesterday without crashing.Then all hell broke loose again.I will try to get another copy today and will let you know |
