Fallout 3: Forum Tidbits @ NMA

J.E. Sawyer, erstwhile Black Islander now 'Gauntlet' designer for Midway has popped into the NMA boards to add to a discussion that started about Interplay but leaned in the direction of Fallout 3's story. There's several entries in this thread that are worth a read.

Isn't John Romero (of Diakatana fame) working on Gauntlet too?

The reason Fallout 3 was canceled wasn't because Josh Sawyer quit, but because Black Isle was having major cash problems thanks to Interplay thanks to Titus.

I hired Josh about a month ago and he's the Lead Designer on my new game Gauntlet for PS2/XBOX.
