quest help

Im an Orc, Level 9
Im in the blades and fighters guild
and need help in quest...

Fighters: Need to get book from a character in the corner club in balmora.

Blades: Need to find dwemer puzzle box from Arkhinhand (Place near balmora)

Can anyone advise me please

I have had the same problem with the puzzle box so ifeel i have to help you here. In my case i went trough the whole ruin, looked at ALL the places, wasted a lot of levitation and icarian flight(!) items ans found nothing.

so i went for other quests and when i was level 35 i went into that ruin again to find out that the box was easy to find and close to the entrance, but just in a room i missed all the time. So here it is: when you come in the ruin youigo down some stairs and come in an entrance hall. (this hall looks kind of destroyed). when you are on the last stair (thus in the hall) the box is in a room to the left, on the second floor. Iirc you can acces this room via a fallen pillar or via the normal staircase.

As for that book, raise your personality with Telvanni bug musk and give her some bribes, then she will give you the book when you ask for it
