go out and fight whatever you find! everywhere! Then use your skill points to increase:
1. your str. if you are a fighter
2. your dex. if you are a ranger
3. your mana if you are a mage

Try creeping up slowly and drawing the orcs off one by one. As soon as you get one orc's attention, then back up several steps so you don't draw the attention of others while fighting.

Learn to block the Orcs' attacks. I think there is a pattern to it.

You might want to try and avoid the orcs by turning into a Bloodfly and passing by them (Bloodflys are faster than orcs ) if you don't manage to fight them.

If you have killed al the creatures and still don't have even strength/dex/ or mana, then you obviously have several quest to complete. Look and see what can be completed, and talk to all named characters to get more quests.

Are you wearing the improved ore armour. If not go to old camp with the rune and rescue stone.
Go to see Cronos and Ball Cadar and buy the best rings and amulets you can get. They help you out a lot.
If you have all that the orcs shouldn't do much damage to you at all.
BTW what level are you?
