For 2 days now I've been trying to figure out how to get the troll idol. I'm assuming it's in the red box in the reserve, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to open the damned thing. I even went as far as killing all the goblins on in the goblin city but none of them had the key needed for it. The note about king being killed by the gem dealers didn't have any effect. I'm at a complete loss here. I'm sick and tired of permuting each item with each character 20 times over. Someone please tell me how to get this quest solved so I can move on.

The key to the chest you need to open is in the foreman's room (Atok I think his name is). The key is under something, probly his pillow; its definitely in that goblin's room. Prepare to fight him after you open the chest, and if you have a remove trap spell, cast it on the chest before you open it. If not, just open it, and suck up some damage!

Thanks. I figured it was hidden somewhere, so I checked all the cross-beams, Looked behind all the shields in the room, searched carefully the next-in-line-guy's room (thinking he might've done it to frame the king and get him killed), went over the throne room and king's room with a fine tooth comb, but nothing...
