Chameleon spell - where to buy it?
   

I've been in all the mages guilds and noone sold that spell (waited for a week to see if they change the stock of spells, but no luck there either) so where the hell do i get it so i can make my own?

Get the Mage in the celler to teleport you to other Mage guilds each guild has different spells i swear that spell was offered in Al'D???? (can't remember spelling)

You can buy it from one of the mages in Ald'ruhn in their guild at least that is where I bought mines and don't think those are random.
