If you head into the orc land from the entrance with the wooden structure over it, you go in for a little while and keep you're eye to the left. When you see two dead paladins, go into the little opening you see. I'm not sure which other camp you're talking about.

I guess you mean the paladin tha took the ore from the Old mine mining site to the castle? He is in a cave near Cavalorns old hut (on the west of the castle).

Hi Vlado, I am having the same problem, can't find diego anywhere such that I can report back to the castle. Did you manage to find him by any chance?
Thanks.

Did you find Fajeth? If so head up the hill and pass to the left of the old tower, head across the clearing to the wall. follow the wall to the left and you should come across 2 dead paladins at the entrance to Diego's hideout.

Thank you very much jmurdock. I found the cave and cleared the place of the creepy minecrawlers and found a note on silvestro indicating that Diego has gone into hiding with all the ore.

I went back to Garond and there was no prompt to end the mission. Am I supposed to find Diego and where can I find him? I have searched the whole cave at least 5 times and found no Diego.

Sorry, wrong cave. Yeah, you have to here the report from Diego befor you can end the quest. From Fajeth, head straight out of the wall opening and head towards the old watchtower (where you killed the king snapper). Pass on the left side of the tower. You'll see a clearing and a cliff wall across from you. You should not see any critter stronger than a lizard. Head across to the cliff wall and follow it left (keeping the wall on your right). When you see a large tree start looking to your right to see the two dead paladins outside of the hideout. I hope this is more clear than before.

Sorry, I realize I said tower not watch tower. That could have meant the demon tower.
