IS it OK If I Just Beat him to death with my axe??!!!! or is he a vital character whose Help I will need?

Beat him up or kill him. Either way works to get rid of him. He's not vital.

He is not a vital character. He was put into the game to piss people off. You may do as you wish. Don't kill anyone with a weapon in front of a guard though.
But you are his hero, why would you want to hurt him?

Well, my first time around it was extremely annoying. When I was picking chest and pick pocketing or fighting. He always picked the wrong time to talk.
