How can the ship start to chapter 6?
   

Hy!

I got the Eye of Innos (recharged), i have talked to everyone on the ship (Diego, Gorn, Lee, Melin, etc.), but the ship doesn't want to start.

Can anyone help me how can that ship start?

Have you talked to the captain?

He tells you to goto your quarters on the ship, to sleep
