When I tried the Divine Divinity demo, it immediately reminded me of Diablo 2(on the very first time I move the character!). Is it some kind of clone of Diablo? The two games seem very similar! _________________ =Farseer=

Do you go right? Or do you go left? A simple decision, yes? No ambiguities. Only the dream of the path not taken! And so one might stand in this place and contemplate for a long while. What will I miss if I go left? What will I lose if I go right? And in my indecision, have I chosen a worse fate? |

A hybrid game like Gothic may be the next logical step for you. It's a perfect game to offer an accessible way to move from a pure hackfest like DS (which I loved too, BTW) to a more story driven format. From there you may feel more ready to try a deeper RPG. Trust me... if you go straight from DS to a hardcore rpg you will see nothing of the game you love in it. I did this by going from Gothic directly to Arcanum... not entirely successfully. I can't imagine going from DS to something like AoSaMO. _________________ ''Perhaps I'm old and tired but I always think that the chances of finding out what really is going on are so absurdly remote that the only thing to do is to say hang the sense of it and just keep yourself occupied.
