Killed a guy in Marena tomb, game tells me to restore game
   

I was in Maren tomb and killed a guy named Creazy Batou.
But after I kill him a massage pop up telling me, that I killed a vital charachter in game, and to restore a previous game or to be doomed!!!

WTF????????????

It's telling you you killed a character necessary for the main quest. If you proceed with him dead, you may not be able to complete the main quest, therefore dooming Vvardenfell. Your choice, go on and possibly be unable to finish the main quest, or restore your game and don't kill him.

But he attacks me first!
   

Thats what I think also, but he is in dungeon in the last room, and when I enter he attacks me, I have to defend my self

And he has a great helm

Obvious, but, don't go in the room. Wait until some quest sends you to get it (I never ran into one), or wait until you've completed the main quest, then go back. Whatever is in that room, you don't *need* it. If you do, someone will send you for it later. I finished the game without running across this guy, so I'm not sure what part he plays in the prophecies, but I'd just steer clear of him if you want to adventure in a world that isn't doomed
