3DSMAX to NIF plugin available

for what is said to be the plugin to convert 3DSMAX and MAYA files to NIF format (and back I hope

you need a valid email because the zip is password protected

I think I read somewhere that the Morrowind plugin is enough different than the official NetImmerse one that that link's goodies won't do the job.
