This video of "Happy Slapping" in the UK really makes me angry for some reason. Such a blatant disregard for decency. I have no problem with 2 concenting people slapping each other all they want, but sucker slapping girls or random people is just angering.

I can't link to the video directly but its on this page on the second row titled "Happy Slapping Craze."
