Does anyone have any info on this?

Artifact at EbGames
   

Well one of the devs verified that there is an special artifact that will be available when buying Morrowind from EBGames... He wouldn't say anymore. I'm betting personally that it will be something that you could make pretty simply in the editor yourself and if it isn't well the plugin that contains it should be all over the net soon after release anyway...

If anyone bought Black and White they were able to get a leopard if they bought it from EB. But right when it came out in retail stores people could download the leopard guardian creature from places like fileplanet.com . So yeah if you do or don't get it from EB you'll be able to get the artifact no doubt about it.
