yes, he can use magic spells, where are they, he may have a fireball rune, but also the fire bal is a charging spell, and it takes time to use.

Xardas would quite obviously win because skeletons are quite resistant to magic exept death to undead, but saturas doesn't have that rune, therefore I can conclude the Xardas would cast army of darkness, then he would sit down, light a pipe and watch the carnage.

but cronus has it, and you are missing the point the speed is the key to defeat xardas, i can tell you how can everymagician from the mentioned up there can defeat xardas:
- The Gurus: they can just keep attacking xardas with the fist of wind and wind storm spells until he dies.
- Kor kalom(at the last chapter): he just can use the pyrocansis spell until xardas dies.(cuz it freeze)
- Magicians of water: they can just keep attacking xardas with both chain lightening and ball lightening spells and if he summoned undead, then cronus can handle them.
- Magicians of fire: they can just keep attacking xardas with both the fire bolt spell(so they don't give him a chance to summon sth.)and the storm of fire spell.

I got it.
Xardas has the Magical Sword Uriziel before he gives it to you.
The sword could easily beat all the other Baal's, And Magicians.

Water mages could just put Xardas in an ice block, but on the other hand, none of the gurus, fire mages or water mages knows how to destroy the stone golem. |

Let's say satrus ~Xardas VS Satrus~
Xardas summuned some creatures!
satrus killed them with the chain lighting and ball lighting.
satrus freezed xardas, and started to attack him with his magic!
Satrus will WIN!

Even if Xardas has the strength to use it, i dont think he's much of a swordfighter and the sword wasnt charged when Xardas had it. |

If I remember rightly Xardas has about 10 army of darkness scrolls, He could keep refreshing his army of undead and there by kill anything/any one he wanted to, Or he could summon a stone golem and since none of the mages carry a hammer that could kill them all.
