Me & my friend Alemiazzi thought that we could create a usergroup called Monastery.
The idea was taken from Gothic II. We would like to create a usergroup from Gothic II.
Is this possible ?
We already prepared everything.
What must we do to get usergroup official ???

You must get 4 member to make it official.
10 members to get active and get a forum.
That will be the third usergroup around Gothic 2

Tip: The RPGDot Shadows will prabably shift to Gothic 2 during summer/autumn, and we're probably going include both the city of Khorinis, and the Monastery.

The RPGShadows include both fighters and mages. We are still planning the move to Gothic 2 (means remaking some rulse, calculation systems)

Tooooooo much. You'll never fill them all... you will probably have problems with filling half of them. In the Shadows we have something like 10 ranks and still, there are problems. |

Yup, it's waaay too much. If you get ten members, don't be sure that all of them is going to be active. You would have to maximize it to about maximum ten. Tip: Skip most of the special roles, and have only about 3 or 4 of them, and the rest standard roles.

If you're trying to attract people, don't you think it would be helpful to explain what you plan to do, what the ranks represent and how they are obtained, and why people should join you!! I'd certainly want to know all that information and I'm no noob!!

You are right.
Well our plan was to create a usergroup that would "mirror" The Monastery Guild from the game Gothic II. In group you start as a Novice and if you are good one day you migth become a member of High Council.
You can gain ranks by doing quests for people with same, or higher ranks.
The person with same rank can the put a good word for you at leader.
You can gain any special role if you impress High Council, Magicians or any other Special Role members.
People should join us because i think that is the best way to group a people of Gothic fans and a group of Potencial Magicians of Fire servants of Innos.
If you want to join us post a post here.
People can join us if they have at least 10 posts.
You will get paid everyday. How much gold will you get that depends on your rank.
You could buy and sell stuff in Khorinis.
You can trade with other members of usergroup.
When you join (novice) you will get a Figthing Pike and Ligth Novice Armor.
If you have any more questions please ask.

I'd like to join the monastery even tough i heve yet not posted a lot of replies. I really like the monastery cuz everyone there must be loyal to their masters and you have to be as a group not as a soleman. You can do much more in a group than alone. As one of our native proverb says (vec glav vec ve) more people can do much more than one.
So tell me your response... OK?
