Sound still stuttering

I have the game running and it is fantastic, except for the sound. I have tried all 3 menu options (Miles Fast, DirectSound, etc.). I have tried disabling my Modem Wve device as stated in another post. Supposedly there are no new driver updates for my sound card. So now what?

I only have the stuttering with in game sound. The cinematic sequences and Priahna Logo sound work fine.

System Specs:
PIII 933
256 RAM
NVidia Geforce2MX
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audio PCI 128D (WMD)

Any ideas?

The problem is almost certainly your CL SB 128 sound card. My brother and I both had problems with it. He had problems with Gothic and Wiz8 until I got him a CL Audigy for Christmas. No problems since. I have a Live and have no problems. Get a new card and I bet your problems will go away.
