| Ice Dragon - Any tips on defeating it ? |
|
Just wondering if someone has some tips on beating the Ice Dragon ?
I have full plate armor, 2 rings of protection, the slayer blade, incenerate
fire magic, 10 health restores and couldn't kill him. |

you are not really meant to kill him...killing him is only a bonus act!
You can get a dragon egg, if you have one information found in a book about dragons... |

I killed it easily with three fireballs -- it never touched me. However I had to try this twice -- the first time it reached me and killled me. I think the second time I targeted more accurately, or maybe I got better dice rolls (does this game do dice rolls?) |

dunno, but i think it is doing dice throws. I used the Life Drain Spell to kill it, btw! |

Well i have hit it with about 30 fire balls plus alot of hits with a sword and once with a poisned sword and still cant kill it....lol |

How do you cast Life Drain Spell? What level is it?

I killed him with the Magic Bow (shoots firebals). Took like 20-25 arrows.
I also didn't get any experience for this, and to top it, when I try to use powder made from dragons bones on a melee weapon, Am Shegar keeps saying that it is not a good idea.  !?

This magic Bow is given by Lord Inut. It uses normal arrows but inhences them with fireball effect.
To get it, you have to undo the chichen form of lord Inut. Read more here. Note, that it requires a dragon ei, thus forcing you to kill the dragon later on to get another ei for the ultimate weapon.

this is for the benefit of anyone having the trouble I had who does a search for this.
even if you know how many scales are on the dragon it can be tough to get her to recognize that.
If you get real close to her she begins her dialogue. you have to wait for that to finish and then click on your gold then her.
Also I havent done any testing to make sure of this but it seemed that I had better luck from behind her to get her to quit looping through the rejection dialogue and let me give her the coin. |
