anyone knows where to get soultrap spells/scrolls?

souljems/scrolls
   

you can usually find souljems at balmora, just by looking in the crates or jars that are next to the building. the scrolls are sold by various mage guilds, so your best bet is to travel from town to town, using silt striders for fast transport, and check out the mage guilds.
