I'm currently lvl 9, in ch 2. I've noticed some monsters seem to be immune to my attacks. So far, shadowbeasts and swamp sharks. Despite my repeative attack and multiple hits on them, they're energy never goes down and they eventualy kill me. Is this a bug or do I need to be a certain level before I can challenge these monsters?

You are not strong enough. You donīt cause enough damage to crush their defence.
