Silgrad Tower

I downloaded the Silgrad Tower mod and it won't work. I posted this problem in the plugin forum, but noone responded
I downloaded it under Morrowind Data Files, but when I opened Morrowind, and clicked Data Files, it wasn't there and I played the game and there was no Silgrad Tower. What do I do to make it work?

From Morrowind Summit:
"Get the new .esp file into your Morrowind > DataFiles subdirectory. If the plugin is already in .esp form, simply move it to the subfolder. If the file is zipped, simply unzip (normally with winzip) to get the actual .esp file. Move the .esp to the subfolder previously mentioned. Once you have the .esp file in the proper subfolder, simply launch Morrowind, click the Data Files option and select the plugin you want to load with your game.

If the plugin is accompanied by a text file, check to see if the creator had any special instructions."

Try unzipping to your c\program files\bethesda softworks\morrowind folder, sometimes when they zip the program they zipp the data folder with it..and just say yes to overwrite files.

hope this helps
