Ive heard there will be different servers for US people and European people and so on. Just curious, does this mean I as a european cant play with americans?

Different servers belong to different publishers. The customer base is differentiated with the billing (credit card address). Unless you own credit cards issued from different continents, the answer to your question is no; but then the game may never get out of its beta stage as it stands. Of course, there is nothing to against one from paying to play a buggy game like the early UO and EQ.
