Did you try several charms?
Verify his attitude to you (the exact number), cast at least 10 charm spells. Verify the number again and see if it've improved at all.
If so, you only need to cast enough charms to get above 70 (I believe) to solve this. |

If you want Vampires of Vvardenfell 2, you will have to go to Jobasha's rare books in the Vivec Foreign Quarter. He has nearly every book in the game.

Secret library? if you mean one besides jobashas? (jobasha no longer has the book as I got it as part of a mission.
And im pretty sure i tried quite a lot of charming - one spell of 45 points and about five of 20 points. I will try more charming to make sure but it didn't seem to work (I geusse I did kill his daughter)

the one under the justice ofices you fool!!! 
The trapdoor is under the rug on the right hand side of the room. Enough is poking out for you to unlock and go through.
By the way if you use a spell noone cares in that room so open it that way.
Once your inside look for Galur Ritharil's Papers

the secret library also has the progress of truth and all the palns on red mountain and deafeating dagoth ur ect.

 I need to kill something....outside the world of Morrowind!
I managed t cure my vampirism but it was actually quite hard to notice how I did it. Although I have some idea. Anyway I must've forgotten to save and now I cant seem to get rid of this damn curse. The sun sucks!

There's a whole series of quests dealing with vampirism and its cure.

I dunno....I'm only cursed by the vampires and am not a proper vamp yet. And as it happens when I had cured it, it was after drinking several cure common disease potions. I definatly did cure it and didn't go on a series of quests. But I did also talk to ...a certain statue somewhere but the woman said only those who are suffering bla bla bla.........
Oh and if anyone knows a cheating way to get that old bastard to like me could they let me know.

i remeber you have to go to some daedric ruin talk to the statue and hell give you a q to kill his daughter and her boyfriend.Then come back and hell cure you.I think the statue is near suran
