simple question
   

as a paladin whrere do you get paladins armour instead of knights

You can find it in the monastery's secret library (in chapter 5).
Go to the library, take the blank runestone, the sea chart and the tears of Innos. Read the almanach: it contains instructions on how to make a teleport rune. Create the rune, use it and take the armor.

i must the tears of innos because i use it i pray and its do my sword better if i must it so tell me where ican find more?

You can only get the Tears of Innos once. And the paladin can only use them to consecrate his sword. It's a one time bonus.
