Why do they publish it in Polish that has less speakers than English |

Because the Polish people usually do translate through companies many of thier movie and games into thier own language. It is an independent company doing the voice over; with PB permission or whoever, to sell the game there more.
And if Atari UK sees that Poland's fans love the add-on -then Atari UK may release too. Making many also from the USA since we can almost understand all the British words and slang 95% the same English language. _________________ Wo ist mein Sumpfkraut? |

I dont think they ever use British slang in games. Unless its set in Britain of course... _________________ IMHO my opinion is humble |

The fan-made version is in progress right now. Let's hope the publishers have not been discouraged already, otherwise... On the other hand, wasn't the fan-made version for the original was out six months before the actual release?

I remember there are British-specific words (like lift versus elevator) even in the North American version. Can't make an example from the game on top of my head.

You don't know how long we were waitinig for it :]. Hunred's of petiions, mails and so on and just few days ago on the page of gothic distrubotor (for Poland) we saw - Gothic II: The nigth if raven", realised on: 15 july, 59,99 PLN :].
Those 2 moths will be the longest time then ever .
