Changing major/minor skills

Is there any way (by means of console script or anything else) to change a major skill into a minor one and backwards? I found out there are script/console functions that change the value of a skill, but not it's major/minor nature.

I'm a mage who wants to give up Block (thought it will affect Hand-to-hand blocking, but anyway, it's not useful at all for me) and perhaps Sneak (useful just for pickpocketing, it's not a must) in favor of other major skills.

I would appreciate any help, I don't want to start a new game.

Sorry theres no way to change skills but you can still train your minor skills to their max and it would add to attribute modifiers.

Also if you don't want to go through the tutorial over and over again, then save just before you exit the sewers. When you load make your character then begin.

Hope that helps.

Yes, I think there is no way to do this. At least not on the normal level (CS).

I've done at least 15 different saves either because they become useless, i find i'm not using major skills and want to change them or because i want to experiment with different types of characters.

Again stressing the importance of saving before you leave the sewers and go outside. The tutorial becomes very very tedious.

To change your class (which determines your major and minor skills), enter ShowClassMenu in the console. Keep in mind that your character stats will be reset once your edit is confirmed. Refer to the ShowClassMenu entry in CS wiki for more info.

For the sake of one's laziness, a post-tutorial savegame is posted here.

Ah how confusing. I find it fun to try different things from the start anyway.
