Who could beat America in Baseball? We recruit the best from every country. So for all intensive purpouses it is a World Series. Same with Basketball. The rest of the world has sissy soccer. A girl sport. Its O.K. to have little boys play it untill they turn six and are old enough to play a real man's sport like football or rugby. |

"Goddamn" definately falls in the catagory of a swear word.
As for flaming, all-out warfare didn't start yet, but I could see where it was headed. 
Read over your posts and the posts of others in this thread. People have been insulting American Football and Baseball. Now, when someone calls soccar a "sissy" sport (I don't really agree with that, since I like soccer), you want to be angry? Don't you think that's a bit unfair?
If you feel insulted by someone insulting your favorite sport, then don't you think they would feel the same way when you insult their favorite sport?
Anyway, where were we? Ah yes, go Cubs! Hopefully, they'll break their little curse.

I wasnt insolting the amercian football Or baseball... (Only until now.. I didnt agreed with daniel about that being only for violence, I actualy think its fun...)

Daniel, I will always refer to "Football" as "Soccer" and "American Football" as "Football".

@Pikkon: No, I didn't give you a warning.
Explaining the rules would be a bit boring and complicated. As with any sport, seeing it is better than simply having someone try to explain it.
Basically, the guy with the bat has to hit the ball that is thrown at him as far as he can so he has time to run around the bases without being tagged by the opposing team with the ball. That's the basic premise. If you want to understand more, I'd suggest looking on the internet or watching a game of baseball being played.
