- Not only can you meet Diego, Gorn, Lester and Milten if you look hard enough, there's also a chance for you to meet Velaya and UrShak.

Now. I'm concerned. Does this mean you only can (and not will) meet them?

Let me clear that up. Do you mean to say, they are merely leftovers to be discovered like treasure?
