| NotR problem, cant get anyone to teach lockpicking |
|
I am a apprentice of Bosber and a member of the militia, I have killed all the theives and finished those quest concerning them. Before NotR i was able to get matteo's quest for Gritta and thus Thorbin's trust, but now that quest is quite elusive. Is there another way in NotR to get the lockpicking skill? |

Here's more info. I never talked to Matteo about gaining entrance to the upper quarter. Now that I have access to that location the dialogue option is unavailable to me thus also is the quest.  |

Have you tried Cassia in the thieves guild? Thorben should still offer lockpicking without the Gritta quest, I think he just asks for more money- not sure about that. Anyway, Cassia is good if you do the rengaru quest. |

Well, i ran out of solutions for myself, sooooooo............ I marvin-inserted cassia to join the theives and ramirez to learn lockpicking.  (after all, I did already killed them both and thorben was of no help) |

well one of the pirates in Notr can teach you lockpicks, I usually keep casia and ramirez around till the 4th chapter and then finish that quest.
