well like it was said unless u have a super good ass computer it wont look as good as 360, thats why it would be smarter to thing it would run way better on the 360 no doubt so oblivion will look way better the the pc version unless u have a really good comp, oh and u can use a moniter to display ur 360 if u have an adpter

This is the same bullcrap that Bethesda has been spewing for months now. The first time I heard them say this was on last year's big oblivion demo disc that came with the official xbox magazine. (Was just interviews and gameplay videos)

See, they are saying this so that the middle class runts who fear and ENVY us PC gamers won't be discouraged and instead become incredibly happy that "their version" is better then "our version".

I have an xbox 360. However, I won't buy the xbox version, considering that I have an AMD FX-57, two geforce 7800 GTX's in SLI and 2 gigs of corsair ram.

Yeah...I'm going to suffer frame rate drops compared to a console that has a COMBINED 512 megs between its video and system ram?

Har. It is to laugh.

The irony here is too funny. The average XBox 360 owner will be bored to tears with Oblivion - there are no jumping puzzles! No powerups behind trees! No popup scores when you kill something! LOL. Oh Bethesda what are you talking about.

Anyone know how popular Morrowind was on the xBox?

Apparently Morrowind sold very well on XBox.
Incidentally, why care whether Oblivion wil look better on PC or X360 ? It looks very good on PC from what I've seen, and aren't we all primarily looking forward to a great roleplaying experience ? And that's where Oblivion should deliver, with a NPC AI more complex and intriguing (if we believe Desslock's comments in his PC Gamer column) than those of most, if not all, CRPGs on the market.
Let's wait and see.

It's fun.
