House/Items question
   

Ok, one, can i buy a house-if so where, and two, if i wipe a family out and claim their home, will items i put in it (just laying around, NOT in chests or book cases) stay tehre? like if i put a candle on a mantle will it stay there so i can store stuff there? thanks guys.

Buy a house? Don't believe so, but you can download one-see link in spoiler forum(house mod)

Can you kill the current owners and keep all the stuff? Yes, and yes

Can you place stuff and it remain there? YES!
