go to gorax shop in the monastery, he has like, 2/3 runes after changing a chapter.

Its not related to the topic but.. How can I get to level 2 spells?

He will teach you in Chapter 2. You can learn a new Circle in every chapter. |

I just need to create a rune of fire arrow, to complete the test of fire.... Gorax doesn't sell any.

strange, i'm sure i bought 5 runes at gorax shop  during chapter 3/4/5.

Yes you might have done that during chapter 3-5.
That doesn't mean you can do it during chapter 1 |

at the end of the path of innos test you get a blank runestone to make the fire arrow with, check your inventory if you have allready done it, if not do it first

Ah yes, but it is still maps, and maps are pictures and even though some of the markings may be not quite clear, because of the language barrier, at least it does show you where runestones can be found. |
