Malacath Shrine

I've read all of the posts I can find on the location of this place, but after two hours of doing nothing but kill cliff racers, I have not been able to find it. The Journal suggests that you go south from the Dweomer ruins and then take the second road to the west, but there is only one road to the west south of the ruins. I have flown over the entire island, I know I'm looking for a statue, and I cannot find it. I wouldn't mind the search except that for some reason the game's designers thought it would be a lot of fun to kill five thousand cliff racers. Can someone PLEASE take pity on my and tell me exactly how to get to the shrine? ENough, already.

The statue/shrine is near Dagon Fel. The road out of town starts south, then curves west. After a bit, the road T's. Take the south road. Follow the right edge of that pathway thru two intersections and you'll be where you want to go.

Thanks. I would never try to use the construction set.

I did in the end find the statue - the journal directions seem to be wrong! The shrine is not to the south and west of the ruins, it's to the north and west of the ruins.

There are a few instances where journal directions are poor, if not completely wrong. Someone must have thought that added realism, although most players seem to think it's just a pain.

Yeah, like Ajara's warlock's ring. Also there's some mods to fix that.
