A server patch
   

Hi

i must say i donno where can i find a server patch. I want to make a server, cuz i very hate that the servers are offline. I can't play cuz every good servers are offline. Yes.... Only about 3 good servers are here. And those servers are offline all the day. (well not all the day but nearly) So plz someone help me to make an own server.

im playn on defias and the ppl there are okey but it depends wheter oyu play on Eu servers or AU or US
