The only 2 I ever saw on that list are Knight Rider and the A-Team, I loved the A-Team, especially Mr T  so the cheesey vote goes to Knight Rider (and that pizza I was eating today...so much cheese!)

I don't know if anyone of you guys remember, but my fav cheesey show was "The Greatest American Hero". The concept was cool. He never really got the hang of that suit. |

a-team! nothing beats a-team's cheese factor! it's basically always the same story: some bad, extremely baaad guys, wearing 'i'm born to be bad' shirts, are troubling some poor old ladies, kindergarten kids etc. until the a-team appears to save the day and to reclaim the candy the badies stole from the kiddies. then during the endfight they sit in some self made tank and are firing enough ammunition from their automatic rifles and grenade launchers to beat an army... but miraculously no one ever gets harmed or even killed. |

The cheesiest is either ALF or the Cosby show. Some jokes just don't stay funny.
For an action serie I would say Airwolf.
