Several Interface Questions |
|
How do you sell items in Gothic 2? On the merchant screen, I can buy items (left side), but can't seem to get to the right side (my inventory) to sell anything! What am I missing?
How do you drop inventory items? The manual says to use the ALT key (?), but that isn't working.
Also, I assume Learning Points are to be spent via skill trainers?
There's not much mention of any of these topics in the manual. Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Michael |

In order to learn something from the trainres you need to have a certain amount of skill points.1SP isnt enougth for ,lets say, the 5th circle of magic!
As for droping items, open your inventory window, select the item you want to drop and press (alt) or (Ctrl) and the (down arrow) keys.
Regarding selling stuff go to a trader put in your column what you dont want and feel his column with what you want or gold then press accept or ENTER. _________________ I come from space. From outer space! |

To drop or sell it is probably Ctrl and up arrow or left mouse click. As already said you just us the left arrow key until your inventory lights up and then click (for me left mouse) like ueing it and it is sold. You might want to go to options when you start the game, before loading saved game, find controls and go over the list for yourself. It is confusing if you have not played or not played for a while. If you are using the default controls, they are the Gothic 1 settings, which are listed in detail in the faq in the gothic one forums. I personally prefer the G2 settings and using mouse for control. _________________ =Member of the Nonflamers Guild=
