I'm in chapter 2 now and I am in lvl 18..
There are a lot of skeletons out in the big wilderness in the top of the map in Khorinis..also some caves and other stuff..and when you enter VoM in chapter 2 you shoul at least be able to kill pack of snappers, wolves, black goblins and one-two orcs..

Well, if you are strong enough to kill an orc, you can enter the Vally Of Mines without entering chapter 2, just beat the 2 paladins that are guarding the entrence to the Vally Of Mines, take thir key and get in, you will get a WHOLE LOT of exp there... And you will get a teleport roon tha yo only need to get in chapter 3.. (Take it from one of the paladins..)
You can reach lvl 30 in chapter 1 if you ask me, i got into chapter 2 in lvl 8-10... (I played 3 times at all guilds, every time i got lvl 8-10...)
Good luck!

In chapter 3 there's a very easy way to get exp, get some shadowbeast horns to Buster, knock him down, sell them again, knock him down, sell them again and so on. I get 1600exp for each time I do this now

In chapter 6 you can give vatras the alumnac from Mario, buy it from him and give it again..
If you are a dragon hunter you can give bennet the eggs and buy'em and give'm and buy'em again.. very simple..

My goal was to get as high level as possible without using exploits.
I've never thought of killing the 2 paladins who are guarding the VoM (and thus be able to clear the entire VoM before progressing to chapter 2 ... this way you can get level30 easy in chapter 1 i guess

well, I knocked down every Mercenary I found..I only have to get them away from the peasants. Also down at the harbor you can knock down whomever you wan't, there is only one citizen there whom will report to Andre. I draged him away from the others and killed him
Gorn can also be knocked down, and you will get alot of exp, I think it was 360 and he's pretty easy too, but he is darm good with his weapon
