Yes, you have to take it over with you from the single player to the multiplayer. That is where the chicken level is.

SPOILER!!

Ok, you asked for it, here is the secret chicken level info:

You need 3 things to get in
1: Newbie knife from when you start a new character
2: Fury's Eye (can also get by playing Kingdom of Ehb Multiplayer games)
3: Trial of Gallus (solve the 8 townstone quest in Utraean Peninsula)

Start in Quillrabe, exit from the bottom of the town into the "Quillrabe Canyons" follow the river north until you hit a zone wall, now head east hugging the north zone wall. Soon you will come to a signpost pointing to crystwind and quillrabe, as well as a legionnaire guard. Next to him is an elevator platform switch. Ride it up.

After riding up hug the north wall again but this time go west. you will pass by a sign pointing to a town, and then immediately after, another elevator. Ride it up.

Head northwest until you come across some monsters, including a green drake. Directly behind him is a wall, which will slide away and reveal a new area if you have the Trial of Gallus. Step into the new area.

It will say you have entered the forgotten Mesa. There are no monsters here. Head due North and use the 3 elevator platforms to get to the top. At the top there are 3 large gray pressure plates on the ground, before a circle teleporter. Go on the first and drop the furys eye, next drop the newbie knife, and on the third drop the Trial of Gallus. All three items will turn to dust and the teleporter will be activated.

When you get to the top, it will look like you are stopped in mid air, here you need to take a leap of faith to get to the mesa you can see. Just walk across the air where your cursor is a sword.

Follow the path north until you come upon a little marble building with another elevator inside. Ride that down. Head up the path a little more and you have made it to the secret chicken dungeon.

Good luck!

Aw, man, I need the newbie knife?

Will this work when playing as a group online, and each person contributes one of the items?

Yeah, a group should work fine. You can make a newbie knife easily by having someone create a game with a new character, and them just giving you the knife.

Well.... chickens are in the chicken dungeon. They are supposedly rather hard.

You get the Fury's Eye in a small mini dungeon in the crystal caverns in the Kingdom of Ehb map. Just before you save Merik.
