They're very close to going bankrupt?, does anyone know how that'd affect Gothic 3?

And yes, it's disturbing, but we believe Gothic 3 will come out no matter what happens, as they'll find a different publisher if JoWood can publish it. Still, according to the latest news from JoWood, they should be able to continue now, and hopefully G3 will give them somewhat of a boost. G3 is only 6 months away in Germany, and I do not think JoWood will be bankrupt before G3 is released - hence they will probably make it for now, as G3 will probably be a top seller in Germany.

6 months? The Gamestar article makes it clear that not even PB believes this.
